I just heard about this film from the librarians here at the Gordon School in East Providence, who are raving about it after attending last night’s screening at Harvard.

I am excited it will get a local screening, and I will be promoting it to parents. If there’s any way that Gordon can enhance this evening, please let me know. We are an independent nursery to eighth grade school and we are staunch advocates for early childhood education. Our Joukowsky Family Library has 20,000 volumes that include a world-class collection of multicultural picture books.

Sponsorship? Panelists? A read-aloud beforehand? Please keep us in mind. This is a project we can get behind, especially in light of the recent NY Times piece.
